Our team consists of multi-qualified people who have graduated higher education in the fields of biology, geography, technical sciences or medicine. They are national tourist guides, certified mountain sports instructors, besides possessing other additional qualifications. They are all young and enthusiastic about what they are doing.  Serban Radulovici (35) - founding member and partner of Latura Extrema, group leader, project manager and senior trainer. He has studied medicine, management and transactional analysis. He is also a certified tourist guide. We are the best and we want to offer the best service to our clients he says. He is totally dedicated to developing and implementing the method of Active Training and the concept of Adventure Tourism in Romania .
 Dan Popa (35) – co-founder and managing partner of Latura Extrema. After his medicine studies, he turned to the private sector and worked as general manager for multinational companies gaining in this way great experience in the field of business and management. He is a certified national tourist guide also. He believes that tourism is one of the most valuable things Romania has. His slogan is: Nothing is impossible
 Nicolae Sain (31) – group leader and mountain sports instructor. He has studied Biology and has more than 15 years of experience in the field of mountain sports. He is a certified national tourist guide and mountain sports instructor. He has participated to training courses in the field of mountain rescues and mountain medical emergencies. He loves nature and simplicity.
 Dragos Dubina (26) - group leader, mountain sports instructor and junior trainer. He has studied Psychology. He is a national tourist guide and climbing instructor. He has participated to training courses in the field of special mountain rescues. He is an active member in ecology and nature preservation projects.
 Alina Biriescu (22) - is the youngest member of our team. She is a guide and an assistant in mountain sports. She has studied Geography and is a certified national tourist guide. She is a great fan of extreme sports and adventure travel.
 Cristian Tecu (34) - mountain sports instructor. He has graduated the Technical University . He has specialized in mountain sports, having become a certified instructor as well as in photography, becoming a member of the International Federation for Photographic Art. He was a member of numerous expeditions in Caucaz, Tian Shan and Peru , and has established a great number of national records in climbing.
 Milca Petrovici (32) - group leader and guide. She has studied Biology and has a great amount of experience in species preservation and projects connected to the flora and the fauna of Romania . She is a national tourist guide. Her favourite field is ornithology.
 Stefan Milota- Fane (35) - mountain sports instructor and specialist in caving and diving. He has more than 20 years experience and he has won almost all national climbing contests. He had dived in more than 35 active caves. Recently, together with a research team, he has discovered a new cave in the South of Romania where human and animal bones dating 30.000 years back have been discovered.
 Nelu Glavan (35) - flight instructor. He has studied technical science. His experience and expertise after over 1000 hours of flying on almost any ultra-light device are almost incredible. He is a member of the Romanian Aeroclub and regional inspector for ultra-light flying devices.
 Alin Rodean (27) - mountain sports assistant and paintball instructor. A perfect sportsman, he has traveled all around the world with the National Assembly of Folk Dancers. He is an excellent organizer and he gets completely involved in everything he does. |
